David is a former Chief Executive Officer (from October 2009 to January 2013) of Emerita Resources Corp., an exploration and development company listed on the TSXV. Mr. Patterson was also Chief Financial Officer of Donner Metals Ltd., a minerals exploration and development company listed on the TSXV, from August 2005 to October 2012. 

He holds a Masters of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University (1991). For more than 30 years, he has been involved in the administration and finance of exploration companies based in North America.

Ms. Luticia Miller is an ESG Strategist, champion of the decarbonization of heavy industry, and is the Founder & Principal of NineIrons Solutions, an ESG & Change consultant firm. Her background is primarily in the Energy Construction industry, where she was a leading analyst and PMO specialist. She is a founding team member in a novel renewable energy+agriculture startup addressing energy sovereignty and food security for remote communities.

Luticia is an Executive Board Member for CFAR, the Circle for Aboriginal Relations. She advocates for authentic, relationship-based co-creation between Indigenous and non-Indigenous industry players, prioritizing equity-based partnerships. She also serves on the steering committee of the Alberta IoT Fast Track Program's Angel Investment Group, facilitating investor access to scale-ready, advanced technology innovations from the Alberta ecosystem. 

Luticia holds an Executive MBA from the Queen's University, Smith School of Business, and was the recipient of the Sandler Foundations Scholarship-in-Kind for Indigenous Business.

Ray, a British Columbia registered Professional Geoscientist, is a technical and managerial consultant in the natural resource, engineering, and construction industries. He has held executive and director positions for a number of publicly traded exploration companies. 

He is the Principal of Waldo Sciences Inc., a science and engineering consulting company head quartered in the North Okanagan, BC, Canada. 

He holds a Bachelor of Science  in Earth Sciences and a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Simon Fraser University.

Solomon is an entrepreneur and investor. He is the founder of 56 Acquisitions Inc. (now Snowy Owl Gold Corp.). Mr. Elimimian has an extensive network of individuals across Canada that will be instrumental in the success of the company. Mr. Elimimian is a Canadian Football League (CFL) veteran and current president of the CFL Players’ Association. He holds a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Hawaii.

Elyssia has extensive knowledge with the going public process with private start-ups. She works closely with private companies implementing strategies in order to list on the TSX or the CSE. 

Currently, Elyssia is CEO of Lycan Capital, a corporate communications and marketing consulting company focused on activities such as coordinating investor relations and advancing general corporate development of public companies.  She is also a Director of VLCTY Capital Inc.(TSX.V; VLCY.P), and  CIBC Private Banking and developed numerous diverse partnerships.

She holds a Bachelors Degree in Communications from Simon Fraser University and a MBA from Queensland University.

Mrs. Jamal completed her Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Victoria and her Master of City Planning degree at the University of Manitoba. Since graduating, she has worked in real estate development as a project coordinator. Lise currently sits on the board of the Lynnhaven Society in Abbotsford, which provides low-income housing to older adults. She previously sat on the board of the Aboriginal Women Centre Society in Vancouver, which provides transformational housing for at-risk Indigenous mothers and their children.
